Shawn started in the Canadian Ski Patrol at seventeen. That is where he learned anatomy the right way, treating injuries on ski hills before the patient reached the ER. The anatomical foundation he carries into every lesson comes from that first job, not from a golf textbook.

Thirty-five years of full-time teaching followed. Ontario PGA teacher of the year nominee across five consecutive years.
